Regardless of who wins game 7 of the NBA Finals, LeBron James should be the first choice for the MVP, right? Unless he fouls out early in game 7, or scores below 10 points, I can't see how his performance in this series isn't enough to be MVP.

Agree. He arguably should have been MVP in a losing effort last year as well, but much more likely to happen if the series goes the distance.
