I see that I avoided the Costanza for the World Cup confidence pool.

Since the name of the one person below me is "ecade", I'm going to guess that the only person who did worse than me is rcade's progeny.

My hope is that he/she is over the age of 12 so I can at least retain some of my dignity.

My 15-year-old son Eli helped me test the code. He was quite excited to be leading for a few days on the strength of a bold Costa Rica pick at 5th.

Congratulations to @holden for winning the SpoFi World Cup fantasy league, with @goddam a close second and--after a huge gap myself--third. @grum wins the Costanza.

To be honest, I lost the password for that game about two days into the tournament, and I never had a chance to get it reset. I knew I was going to lose when I realized that I never got around to removing Julio Cesar as my keeper...

The Nike commercial for Derek Jeter's last hurrah.

Respectfully tasteful, but it ended a bit soon. Here is the extended ending as it reflects Jeter's final season.

As of right now, the top three comments in the second link are actually pretty funny.
