The photo that shows the amount of room given to Cano is striking. The other striking part of that bunt is that Cano was able to direct the ball to that part of the infield. TRUTHY ALERT: Nothing against Cano, but being able to do that with a bunt doesn't seem to be a thing for batters to work on.

Watching that Tampa defence completely screw the pooch on the bunt reminded me of the single worst defensive performance on a bunt in the recorded history of baseball:

That's certainly aesthetically worse, grum, but I remember Tommy John for more than the surgery.
