Chad Ochocinco Traded to Patriots: Wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has been traded from Cincinnati to New England for draft picks in 2012 and 2013, ESPN is reporting. Ochocinco had to restructure his three-year deal to make the trade happen. Ochocinco's a 10-year veteran with six Pro Bowl seasons who had a dropoff in 2010, catching 67 passes for 831 yards and four touchdowns.

If they trade all of Palmer's receivers, then he is sure to be happy. And, the last thing I read is that he was going back to Chad Johnson.

What will Aaron Ochocinco think about this?

This guy is hoping he refuses to give up the number, thus giving Paul Lukas and others the pleasure of seeing OCHOCINCO above an 86 on the back of the jersey next year.

Thus far, no one has said what rounds the picks are in.

Part of Chad's restructured deal has to include performance incentives for out-verbalizing Bart Scott and Rex Ryan. Light the lamp; let the games begin.

Hahahaha!

I think the Patriots' next acquisition will be Los Angeles Stallions running back Billy Cole.

Saw some people last night trying to put this move and Chad himself into the same "character issues" bucket as Haynesworth, which is farcical as Ochocinco's main character issue is his mistake of trying to have fun in the NFL.

I hate it when people do that. Being a showboat is not a character flaw when you're in the entertainment business.

Mixed feelings on this one as a Bengals fan. Ocho seemed like a hell of a good guy on and off the field, and I wish him nothing but continued success as his career winds down. Going to make it hard to hate the Pats as long as he plays there. On the other hand, I am glad that his constant distractions are gone from Cincinnati. They've got a young team that is going to struggle enough for the next few years without Chad taking the young 'uns focus off of the game. He's going to have a hard time in New England, what with trying to play football with the erection he will sport when he realizes that he won't have to jump and completely open up for throws from a QB who doesn't throw everything three feet too high.

Hugh, you make the potential admiration of a man's genitalia sound kinda dirty.
