Tottenham Beats Inter Milan 3-1 in Champions League: Two weeks after scoring a hat trick in a 4-3 loss to Milan, Gareth Bale had two assists in a 3-1 Tottenham win over Inter Milan in Champions League play Tuesday. Spurs move to the top of Group A with the victory, one of the biggest in team history. "We all had the belief that we could hurt Inter and we showed that," Bale said.
Here's a start?: Gareth is the slightly less famous cousin of Hollywood gadabout Christian Bale, possessing most of the stunning good looks of his Batman relative but with far larger anger issues than merely cursing incessantly on set.

He's made allegedly one of the best fullbacks in the world look daft twice now.
I hope England buy him so he can answer all of our problems on the left. Then we will surely win the World Cup.

A wonderful display from a very promising player. I think 'arry has it right though - he'll be a hell of a left back in about 5 years.
