And boom goes the dynamite.

See you in Saskatchewan!

Given the year Damian Durant is having? Unlikely.

Don't rule out BC.

It seems unlikely that Pete Carroll will turn this into LenDale White 2.0

Looking back on his USC career, Leinart will always be able to say that he was better than Booty.

Sorry, Matt, but we'll take our chances with Derek Anderson and/or Max Hall over you.

Note: my use of the first person plural is not to be indicative of support for the Cards.

I pray Sam Bradford doesn't end up the same way as Matt -- shoved into the starting lineup, flopped, yanked after a few games, then wallowed in bench obscurity.

BTW, until this year I might have prayed for Matt's coming to Toronto. Cleo Lemon's ended those requests.

I really think Matt must have banged Coach wiz's daughter or something. He really seemed to be playing well and having a good camp. I think that Matt just wasnt his guy from day one.

My understanding is that Leinart's numbers were decent, but he had a tendency to go for quick short yardage passes instead of letting the play develop and going for the longer pass.

In hearing the press conference, the coach seemed to insinuate that he hadn't done the things and made the needed changes he needed to make to become a starting NFL QB again. I get the impression they were as fed up with his work off the field as on.

Apparently couldn't make "Dancing with the Stars." With his USC Ballroom Dancing course yet.

What team wouldn't appreciate Booty in their locker room?

Chad Pennington made a career out of the quick short yardage pass.

Seems Leinart signed a 1-year deal with the Texans today...so no CFL just yet...
