I invented the vuvuzela.: Meet Freddie Maake.

I have been dedicated to popularising the vuvuzela since 1965, when I was 10. My brother bought me a bicycle to ride to school on. It had a big aluminium hooter with a rubber bulb on the end I realised if I took off the ball and blew into the horn, it made a more exciting noise.
Well, that certainly explains it to me. Although, I personally feel that leaving the rubber bulbs on the end of the horn would be an improvement. Maybe they could put on some Harpo wigs, too...

That's a great link. This guy invented a vuvuzela and has spent years of his life popularizing, even though he doesn't really make money doing it. That's passion.

He could get rich if he wanted to, I suppose.
Santo, Sam, and Ed have a vuvuzela amnesty buyback program.

I'm glad I'm not the only Santo, Sam and Ed fan here.
