In Scotland, home side Motherwell fight back from 6-2 behind with 23 minutes to play for a 6-6 tie.

Looks like the Bruins will be moving on to the next round, but they'll be doing it without David Krejci.

I'm getting a URL not valid on your link, Y.

Not sure how I managed that. Here you go.

Man the B's are snakebit - they should get by Philly but that really hurts their already slim chances against the Pens (though I'd still pick them over the Habs should that miracle come to pass).

I have absolutely nothing funny to say about Lawrence Taylor being arrested. Seriously, ick.

I have absolutely nothing funny to say about Lawrence Taylor being arrested.

That's because there is nothing funny to say about a story like that. "Sad sad sad" might be the only thing that can be said period.

I guess it should have been a red card.

The towel waving act that Ainge pulled at the Celtics/Cavs Game 2 is not the first time he has acted like an absolutely clueless ass. Probably won't be the last time, either. It seems to be the way he's wired.

If Tree Rollins had bitten anyone other than Ainge back in the day, he would probably have been given a much harsher punishment. If Tree had bitten Buck Williams, he might have been gone for good. But biting a guy like Ainge, while entirely appalling and inappropriate, was still a transgression of a lesser order of magnitude. Just because.

This goes back to a little conversation we had about A-rod on here last month.

Those 10 rules are bullshit. Well, #1, #2, and #7 are for sure.

Anything that suggests one player should help out another player on the other team (which #6 says you should NEVER do) by not giving it your best, is fucking bullshit.

#2 is very, very true. The last thing anyone wants to do when his team is way ahead in the latter innings is stand there looking for a base-on-balls. As a matter of fact, a good umpire will make sure you don't stand there for more than 3 pitches. Anything close is going to be a strike, so you might as well hack, young man.

Stadium location pits Ticats vs. Hamilton: A showdown between the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the city of Hamilton over the location of a new stadium has thrown the financial viability of the Canadian Football League team into question. The CFL team would be the primary tenant in the building once the Pan-Am Games end.
