When I go to the locker room, I get an error message like this one

Error Occurred While Processing Request

Error Diagnostic Information

An error occurred while evaluating the expression:

#cookie.small_font_family#

Error near line 37, column 26.

Error resolving parameter COOKIE.SMALL_FONT_FAMILY

The cookie value SMALL_FONT_FAMILY was not found in the current template file. The cause of this error is very likely one of the following things:

  1. The name of the cookie variable has been misspelled.
  2. The cookie variable has not yet been created or has timed out.

To set default values for cookie variables you should use the CFPARAM tag (e.g. <CFPARAM NAME="Cookie.Color" DEFAULT="Red">)

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (#cookie.small_font_family#), occupying document position (37:25) to (37:50).

I haven't changed any settings on my machine. Thanks

upgrade to 1.0 dude! Dude!

I've got 1.0 at home, this is my work box. Ahh, what the hell....

I never saw that error, even back when I used 0.92. And what WC said! I want to know, though, why the keyboard shortcuts for href, strong and emphasis don't work in Firefox. They work fine on big daddy MetaFilter.

Did you reboot? Just a shot in the dark.

Have you logged out, deleted cookies, and logged in again, sauril? I used to get that same message in the locker room, and I think that cleared it out.

YAY! thanks Ufez. it worked. I really should have been able to figure this out myself.

No problem, sauril. I'm just glad that I remembered correctly (this was several months ago).

That's a persistent bug which goes away when you delete SportsFilter cookies and reload the page. We're not going to fix it because we're moving to different software.

Speaking of Firefox and SpoFi, this would be very cool to have around these parts.

Garfield, are you talking about the amazon donation page? If you are, it's on the right side of both the lockerroom and frontpage at the bottom. But here it is.
