That 4-1 Arsenal drubbing of Leeds cost me 10 points because I picked Paul Robinson. Grrrr.

Have faith with Robinson. Arsenal are like the Harlem Globetrotters and can beat anyone in the prem easily. Leeds are a good team and Robinson is a brilliant goalie, they will win far more than they lose.

Too late, FB, I've spent the points on Schwarzer. I was tempted to go with him earlier but didn't want to pay the price. Now it looks like I should have. But the decision to go with Schwarzer is not just about picking a goalie, but about the ten men who play in front of him. Middlesborough are looking a lot more solid (as a team, physically, offensively, defensively) these days. Leeds has a whole bunch of injured players right now, and will be week for the next couple of weeks, I think. Perhaps I'll come back to Robinson again, but I'll have to see a stronger Leeds before I do that.

btw, it's FB v BC 6-1!

yeah yeah. I'm a hundred points behind, with not a lot of chance of catching up now.

Don't give up yet, BC. Lots of weeks left, and you just made a two-spot climb. In terms of a single week's points, the range between the first and last scorer in our group can be easily 30 to 70 points. Doesn't take too much to make up that 100 point difference. Even FB could have a bad week.

I seem to have burdened myself with hundreds of Leeds players and now I can't get rid of them because the alternatives are too awful to contemplate. If Leeds lose on Saturday, I shall plummet.

Bleedin, bloody Nora, where the hell did Columbus United appear from? I didn't truly appreciate what hate meant until I saw the latest standings. No offence meant, but I am filled with a burning desire to kill him.

That elsoltano must be feeling really good right now. Well, good thing for you Robinson didn't let in a goal on Sunday, FB, or you might have been worse than #3. ;-) As for me, this was probably my best week yet, with Kanu scoring twice, including the match-winner. And Mr Schwarzer of Middlesborough served up 18 pts with a shutout winner. ... I just checked. It was my best week. Oh yes. Watch out, I'm headed for the top. This week #7, next week, the woooooorld! (Actually, I hope I can hold on to #7 after today's Man U v Everton game. Others have Man U or Everton players, I don't. Whatever it is, I hope Everton wins.)

Haha I'm back on top! Started the season with a good 3 weeks at the top and then lost it all for a bit, but now I'm back! Watch out!
