Reports: Baylor wins NBA executive of the year The Clippers' turnaround has reportedly paid off for Elgin Baylor.The Los Angeles Times and The Sporting News reported Saturday that the Clippers general manager has been chosen the NBA's executive of the year and will receive the award in a ceremony next week.

this might have happened years ago if donald sterling would have paid to keep some of the top 10 daft picks they had every year. the clippers are more than just a tax right off now.
