4-time Iditarod Champ Susan Butcher Dies. Sad news indeed. I always had the greatest of respect for anyone who could make this run and she proved that here was another accomplishment that didn't depend on gender. RIP.

Ironhead Dies at Age 39 Craig "Ironhead" Heyward, an 11-year NFL running back best known for his stints with the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons, died today at age 39 after an eight-year battle with a brain tumor.

i am shocked. i just now heard he passed. he was a brusier of a running back. R.I.P. play the game up in heaven the way you played the game on earth. he was great. by the way, when did he pass on.

he is good but the media hype on steriods has ruined his reputation with the sport. i say let him be.* should stand until they figure this out.the sport is like the gover ernment,guilty until proven innocent

Who cares about 714. . .will Albert hit 80? With his 21st home run on Saturday, Albert Pujols has 21 home runs in 43 team games. He also has 53 RBIs. Computed over a full season that would be 79 home runs (not 80, but close enough) and 200 RBIs. What numbers will he end up with?

some that took steriods should not be reconqized for this accomplishment. he is great, but, steriods does it every time
