Yet another leak? According to Peter Gammons and Jayson Stark, Boston has traded #1 prospect Hanley Ramirez and prospect Anibel Sanchez to the Marlins for Josh Beckett and Mike Lowell.

Beckett - good acquisition with possible risk he's on downside; did I hear $9 mil? Just one good year will make it all worthwhile. Lowell may only be a backup to Youklis - finally mentioned by someone. If Mueller doesn't go in trade, don't be surprised if he competes; he's gutsy and has hit before and with occasional power - past yr may be an aberration. Haven't seen or heard any physical/medical explanation for the 'collapse'!
