Allen goes on green, leaving the Cavs with code Redd. Looks like the LeBron, Ray Allen fiasco is over, according to ESPN.com's Chad Ford. Allen reportedly agreed to a 5-year $80 million dollar contract, leaving one option left for the rebuilding Cavs. Michael Redd. Unfortunately, the Milwaukee Bucks have already offered Redd a $80 million dollar contract also.

Lance or Team USA? Lance Armstrong is a great athlete. He's won 6 straight Tour de France titles. He's a cancer surviver. And he's cycling for the United States of America. These are all obvious facts about Lance Armstrong, but I would much rather see a Team USA win than a Lance Armstrong blowout. Dave Zabriskie, Armstrong's teammate crashed today to give Lance the lead, but from what I understand, fans are more excited about Zabriskies' crash, than concerned. Don't get me wrong, I think Lance Armstrong is the Best Male athlete in the world of sports. But I think we should give his teammates some respect also.

Clueless Lakers First the Lakers trade Shaquille O'Neal, the best player in the NBA, and get rid of the 2nd best coach of all-time, Phil Jackson. Now they bring Phil back, and say they're going the right way. Then comes the NBA Draft, and with the 10th pick, they draft a high schooler with Sean May, Rashad McCants, Hakim Warrick etc. available.

Is the Shilling/Damon beef all about neck scarves? "The Inside Track today speculates as to where the turmoil between Schilling and Damon might stem from: a fight over scarves between Michelle Damon and Shonda Schilling last October. " (scroll down)

Damon has no right to diss Curt Schilling and tell Theo Epstein what to do. Especially when Theo Epstein can fire Damon himself. I say get rid of Damon and go for a guy like Preston Wilson or Bernie Williams.

Hughes would probably better than Redd anyways. Even Allen. I mean who would you rather have, a point guard besides Jeff McCinnis or a shooting guard who would have to move to the 3 if LeBron plays the 2. I say Larry Hughes is a good pick, because they were in dire need of a point guard, plain and simple.

I think it's a great idea. Basketball has games. Baseball has games. Heck, even Golf and Boxing have games! So why not make a game for cycling?

This time it counts That's Bud Selig's story, and he's stickin' to it. 2005 MLB All Star rosters announced, with Carlos Lee of the Cubs leading all NL players, and Boston's "Big Papi" David Ortiz leading all players with over 4 million votes. Ortiz was also named as a participant in the home run derby at Comerica Park in Detroit. More good news for the Red Sox as Johnny Damon bum-rushed Ichiro Suzuki for an AL outfield spot, making himself and Manny Ramirez the first pair of Sox outfielders to start an All-Star game since Fred Lynn and Jim Rice in 1979. Jason Varitek also becomes the first Red Sox catcher to start the Midsummer Classic since Carlton Fisk.

Uh yeah, it's Derek Lee not Carlos.
