Sportsfilter was askmen.com's site of the day on october 3: We received a score of 8 out of 10. As a comparison another past winner was the American Mustache Institute (so it's not like they just pick anyone).
Link Dump: These are probably pretty old, but in case someone's not seen them...
Update to a very old thread.: Can't prove it's the actual mom but with the detail involved and considering her response came months after the original post I'd say the chances are good. Just in case anyone's interested.
Red Sox tickets -- how?: O.K. Getting red sox tickets from florida for next season. What's the best way? Jerseygirl? Anyone?
SPOFI STORE?: Any ideas? Sportsfilter was signed up at cafepress a long time ago. So far, dream unrealized. Now that we're talking trademarks, and I've heard talk about spofi shirts, and thoughts on a spofi store? Any one want to contribute skills (I have none)? Shirts? Mugs? Panties? Frisbees? Watches?
Wifebeaters tank tops?
flickr anyone?: I have a flickr pro account to give away. If anyone wants it comment here and I'll check it in the morning. Lowest member number gets it (assuming you've actully participated at spofi).
Sportsfilter linked on Fox Sports New England: I've read bambinoscurse.com for awhile and he now writes for FSN. In his latest column he talks about Schilling.
The guy is the real deal despite jealous anti-Schilling snickering found elsewhere...
And he links the last part of the sentence to Prince Valium's "Is anyone else sick of Curt Schilling?" thread.
He then links the baltimore sun and the sons of sam horn (where schilling posted for a while). Not bad company.
Mathowie opened a metafilter group via google's beta-group feature, so I did the same for sportsfilter.
I have no idea what to do with it, or if its needed, but there it is if anyone has any ideas.
(I've never done much with groups, so I have no idea of the benefits/negatives or what they're good for and not good for.)
