I just want to say that I never get tired of this story. I thought I knew all there was to know about this, but now it's getting even better! I can't believe he's denying the dump was his! Maybe he was framed, or the turd was already in the closet before he arrived? "Where's the evidence? Where's the manure?" Davenport asked outside court, according to reports from South Florida news station WPLG. "All that stuff to build a case against me, they don't have?" You tell 'em, Poopy!

Here's the original thread on the Davenport incident when it happened. This is just some funny stuff..."Where's the manure?" could become the next "Where's the beef?" catch phrase.

I don't know what all of the fuss is about. I crap in folk's closets all the time. Who doesn't?!? Hell, just about every day I walk around the block and dump in my friend's apartment while he's at work. Now you're telling me that this is a crime? Woah, woah, woah... This ain't no Russia. I'll drown chocolate bars anywhere I want! Don't let the Man get you down Naj.

86, you just want him to play for the Browns.

So, granted that the Canes aren't what they used to be, crime-wise, but... I know I'm not the only one who would get excited about Catholics v. Criminals if the Fiesta Bowl came down to that. So.. for the rest of the year, I'm cheering for Notre Dame and against everyone else. And maybe even cheering for Najeh to stay in the news so there is a proper good v. evil (or at least good v. closet crappers) ambience to the game.

I just love these sports to general media crossover stories. I tell someone about Green Bay running back Davenport just to get a blank stare. Then I say "You know, the laundry pooper guy" and they say "Oh yeah! I know that guy!"

This guy's attorney, Richard Sharpstein, can't be saying these lines with a straight face: "The truth will come out in the wash." Well, I sure hope most of it came out in the wash. Unless Mary decided just to burn everything. "Thanks to the plea deal, it won't be necessary for us to dig to the bottom of this situation..." Yuck.

This is the same guy who was mentioned in a NY Times Magazine article. He couldn't understand what the problem was for an NFL player to dress like Kriss Kross. He can play a little football, but he's dumber than an doornail.
